Who attends X-treme Fitness BootCamp?
People just like YOU!  Some BootCampers are beginners and just need instruction to
jump start a fitness routine, some are tired of their same old fitness routines while
others just need a new way to challenge their fitness level.  Whether you have a history
of exercise or not, X-treme Fitness BootCamp offers an ability level just right for you.  
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!

I'm already in shape and work out at a gym - why would I come to BootCamp?
Plateau. The human body is an incredible machine and can adapt quite quickly and
easily. Incorporating a broad range of movement and new exercises in each workout,
you achieve a faster, more powerful result. Utilizing a gym is an excellent workout, but
the BootCamp program can provide a way for you to achieve a greater level of overall
fitness.  At BootCamp you will improve your endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and
core strength which in turn will allow a reduction in your body fat and increase in lean
muscle.

Will I be sore after BootCamp class?
Some soreness is common the first week.  Slight to moderate soreness may occur, but
that's part of improving your physical condition.

Why is X-treme Fitness BootCamp a good way to improve my fitness condition?
At BootCamp everyday brings new physical and mental challenges.  The best way to
condition your body is to "shock" it by doing different exercises which is what you will do
everyday at BootCamp.

How many "recruits" are in each BootCamp?
It varies. No matter the size of the group, individual instruction is part of the program!

What should I expect at X-treme Fitness BootCamp?
Everyday is a different challenge.  Here are some of the things we do:  weight/strength
training with weights and xertubes, cardio drills and challenges,  core conditioning  
including  abdominal/lower back , calisthenics, stability training, agility training, ply
metrics, obstacle courses and much more.  Every class will be fun, challenging and
different, but NEVER boring!

How soon will I see results?
Everyone is different.  Improvement in performance and endurance can be seen in as
little as 3-4 days.  Depending on your effort level, visual improvement can be seen in
1-2 weeks. It is not uncommon to lose inches before weight.  Weight loss varies with
everyone.  Muscle weighs more than fat, so with a lot of people they may gain a pound
or two while they lose inches and then start to lose weight.

What do I need to bring to BootCamp everyday?
You need a set of hand weights between 3-5 lbs., an exercise mat, towel, and water.  
Also, a good pair of running shoes.  And of course a positive attitude!!
